Our shop is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm every day of the week including holidays (except Christmas Day.) Our phone lines are open 24 hours a day. If necessary you can leave a message and we will return your call the next morning.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, TRY to place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's, Easter, Passover, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day.

Local delivery of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. For rural areas in North American there may be additional delivery fees, we will contact you if such is the case. For orders in the U.S. they should be received before 2:00 p.m. to assure same day delivery. Orders received after that time, call us and we will do our best to accommodate the delivery.

We deliver 7 days a week including Sundays and holidays. We offer same day and IMMEDIATE deliver when necessary. We pride ourselves in having 3 delivery services as well as our own trucks. Our last delivery leaves at 5:00pm

For International orders, please call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet. Please allow 24 hours for orders overseas.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
