WHERE DOES THE FLOWER NOOK DELIVER ?
We design and deliver flowers, plants and gifts through-out Toronto and Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We are accepting same day orders until 10:30 am and next day order until 4:30 pm. Our drivers will provide contactless delivery wherever possible.
WHEN ARE WE OPEN?
We are always open online, orders can be placed 24/7.
For store location, we are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday is close. During the summer when we go down to an abridged schedule. If necessary you can leave a message and we will return your call the next morning.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Yes, we sure do! Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 10:30 am (EST)
WHAT HOURS DO WE DELIVER?
Normal flower delivery hours for The Flower Nook are between 1 pm and 5pm, Monday to Friday. There are limited deliveries on Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays
THE FLOWER NOOK DELIVERY FEES?
Standard delivery to most Toronto is $15.
Some areas are between $16- $25 depending on the distance.
WHAT AREAS DO WE DELIVER TO?
Our shop delivers anywhere through out Toronto and Greater Toronto Area (GTA). For deliveries to outside of Toronto, Ontario, please give our shop a call and we will be only too glad to assist you.

CAN I ORDER FLOWERS ONLINE FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF TORONTO/ GTA ?
As you are aware every overseas country has its own pricing and types of flowers and therefore we can assist you better by dealing with these orders direct. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of Toronto, GTA/ Ontario, please call us at 416-482-8200 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist you in finding a suitable florist.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR A FLOWER OR GIFT DELIVERY?
The Flower Nook cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business.
DO YOU CALL THE RECIPIENT PRIOR TO DELIVERY?
We may call a recipient when necessary in order to ensure your delivery runs as smooth as possible.
Please note, that all deliveries to hospitals are confirmed prior to delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the flowers or gift will be left at the recipients front or back door when weather allows and if requested to do so by the sender
In the winter time, flower and plant deliveries cannot be left outside if temperatures are below 0 degrees Celsius. If no one is home, we will leave them with a neighbour when possible. If we have to reattempt delivery, additional charges may apply.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY DETAILS SUPPLIED ARE INCORRECT?
If the flowers are delivered to the address provided by the customer and the address is incorrect additional charges may apply to remake the flowers and arrange a re-delivery.
Please make sure the address is correct when you order, and check the order confirmation email when it is received.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We will make every effort possible. This is not possible if the order is already with our driver for delivery.
CAN THE FLOWER NOOK LET ME KNOW WHEN THE FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?
We will send an SMS or email to provide notification when the flower is on its way.
