Refund policy

We take a lot of pride in ensuring that each order is beautiful and uses the freshest flowers available.  If you’re not happy with your order, we want to know. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all fresh flowers orders are final sale. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flower arrangement, you must notify The Flower Nook within 24 hours of the purchase date or receipt of a delivery order. We ask that you drop off the arrangement to The Flower Nook or e-mail a picture to flowernook@gmail.com. An exchange will be granted on fresh flowers, if notified within the 24 hour period. If you have any concerns about a plant purchased at The Flower Nook, you must notify The Flower Nook within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note that hardgood items are final sale.
